Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that it is legal for you to access racing and wagering content in your location.

Tips are opinions, not advice

• All tips, ratings, confidence signals and commentary are opinions provided for entertainment and information only.
• Nothing on the site is financial, investment or betting advice, and it should not be relied on as such.
• No tip, method or model can guarantee a winner. We make no promise about results.
• We do not take bets, hold betting funds or operate a betting account on your behalf.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your member account and email access secure and for all activity under your signed-in account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms.

Memberships and billing

• The Racing Edge offers weekly, monthly and annual paid memberships that unlock the full daily member card. Prices are shown in Australian dollars on the membership page. The Racing Edge is not currently registered for GST and does not add GST to membership charges.
• Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• You can cancel at any time by signing in, opening today’s member card and choosing Manage membership. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• We may change plan prices or features from time to time. Price changes will not apply mid-period, and any new price will be shown before it takes effect on a renewal.
• Some content remains free for everyone, including the public results record and member-card preview. What is included may evolve over time.

Refunds

• If you are not happy with your membership, use our contact page and we will review the circumstances, including a refund of your most recent payment where that is the fair outcome.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
• Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for services that are not delivered as described.
• Refunds relate to membership fees only. We cannot refund betting losses. Tips are opinions, and how you use them is your decision.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, scrape or copy its content at scale, share paid member content outside your own personal use, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Racing Edge name, content, ratings, selections and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and use the site for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

Third-party services

The site uses or may link to third-party websites and services, including Clerk for authentication, Stripe for billing, and responsible-gambling support services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or practices.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, including betting losses, arising from your use of the site or reliance on any tip.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the last-updated date above. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
